Total quality management

All our products are 100 % made in Spain. Our plant in Barbastro is fully integrated, from polymerization to the final polyester yarn.

Every day, a team of 400 people works for keeping and improving quality of our polymers with the objective of giving the best performance to our customers.

BRILEN complies with the legal and regulatory requirements, increasing the satisfacion of customers and the added value of the process. By means of our management system, products, services, activities and community participation, we foment the efficient use of the resources for a benefit for everybody. We have also obtained the certification of our Energy Efficiency Management System according to ISO 50001.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATION

Our products are designed and produced to comply with the more strict standards for the different applications.

BRILEN yarn is produced only with monomers and other substances and additives authorized by the Plastic Regulation (Frame Regulation 1935/2004 and Regulation 10/2011 and its updates). We assist our customers to obtain any other certification for food contact applications or water approval of any member country.

Our product DST MARINO® is a high tenacity yarn that was specifically designed and is currently being used in deep and ultra-deep-water mooring rope for offshore oil and gas production platforms such as FPSO (Float Storage and Production Dumping), as well as MODU (Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit).

This product can be certified according to DNV-GL, ABS, Bureau Veritas or other required standards.

All BRILEN yarns comply with Oeko-tex Standard 100, the same all around the world, with independent testing and certification system which ensures the absence of harmful substances.
