BRILEN’s Pilot Plant, with a production capacity of up to 700 tons per year, provides the ideal environment for the development, validation, and industrialisation of new technical yarn solutions.

This facility enables the processing of various technical polymers, including polyamide 6, polyamide 6.6, polypropylene, and other speciality materials, as well as the incorporation of additives and specific functionalities tailored to the requirements of each project.

Thanks to our development capabilities, we can create customised solutions with advanced properties such as low-wick performance, flame retardancy, dope dyed colours, UV resistance, recycled content, food contact compliance, biodegradability, and other specialised functionalities. The combination of production capacity, technical expertise, and flexibility allows us to transform innovative ideas into commercially viable products for industrial and technical textile applications with high added value.
