Vertically integrated and sharing synergies with its sister company and internal PET supplier NOVAPET, BRILEN is able to control the whole chain, from the raw material, PET polymer to the POLYESTER HIGH TENACITY YARNS.

Wide range of the most modern spinning technology, with a productive 26,000 t/year of High Tenacity Polyester Yarns, and providing us with sufficient productive size and flexibility to attend our customer’s quick service request. Our installations include 16 spinning lines (1 step technology) with a production range from 140 dtex to 9900 dtex, 9 twisting lines and other auxiliary equipment for winding and plying, having a highly automated and robotized process.

High tenacity polyester yarn is widely used to make plastic hoses stable, such as those made from polyurethane (PU), PVC or others, with different applications in the construction and automotive industries, in agriculture, mining and gardening, among others.

BRILEN is committed to the sector of hoses and concers about the importance of short lead times, safety stock availability and high level of flexibility that the market requires. Special supports (cylindrical tubes, cheeses and cones) are available for our customers and we could supply with different weight spools.

With the current and continuously growing global demand for Petroleum to meet the needs of today’s power-hungry world, the new discoveries in oil fields are mainly found on the high seas and in extremely deep waters. In the extremes of the North Sea, in the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Asia, West Africa and Australia. Some of them also in the Middle East.

The excellent fatigue life of polyester and its resistance to internal and external abrasion, gives the rope a very good service life.

Heavy goods and materials are moved daily in the construction, transportation and industry sectors. Safety fixation, high resistance and a soft surface is a must on the textile lifting devices used for this purpose: Round lifting slings, polyester belts, fire-proof straps, harnesses, etc., must fulfill all the technical requirements in order to safely lift heavy loads to prevent accidents.

Polyester High Tenacity Yarn is used for high performance applications where tenacity is the key factor.

Depending on the area of application, High Tenacity Yarn is available in different variants like normal shrinkage, low shrinkage & super low shrinkage. The high tenacity yarn has high durability, toughness and chemical resistance to withstand extreme environments.

Architectural design, roofing, awnings, tarpaulins, tents, canvas, banners, conveyor belts, industrial tubing, tensioned acoustic ceilings, inflatables, winter covers, etc., are only some of the final end-uses for the wide coated woven fabrics produced with our BRILEN VLS yarn.
